Kyle Daniels | UCSF | Towards forward engineering synthetic receptors for immune cell control

Bio: I attended University of Maryland-College Park for undergraduate degree in biochemistry. I worked as an NSF GRFP fellow with Terry Oas in Duke Biochemistry where I completed my PhD. Currently, I am finishing my postdoctoral research with Wendell Lim, engineering chimeric antigen receptors. I was a Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation fellow and a Burroughs Wellcome Fund PDEP fellow. In July 2023, I will join Stanford Genetics as an assistant professor.
